Domestic Violence & Harassment
There are many kind of Domestic Violence and some of them include from one partner to another partner, from children’s to their parents etc. The domestic violence also includes abusing, burning, threatening, beating, physical, financial & mentally abused etc. Our legal expertise is to save innocent humans from such domestic violence & harassment both at work place or at home.

Cheque Dishonor (U/S 138 NI Act)
As per NI Act U/s 138 when a person issues a cheque for his / her liabilities and the same cheque is accepted by other person & deposited in his bank account for clearance. But the cheque gets dishonored due to the reason of insufficient balance, Payment stop, Account closed etc. this is called Cheque Dishonor/Bounce.
We at Nayyar Associates handle Cheque dishonor matters, Cheque bounce, payment stopped case’s as per the rule & regulation of u/ s 138 NI Act.
Property Disputes
